Harmonizing Hearts and Resolving Differences: Navigating Family Matters with Compassionate Mediation
Mediation Overview
Mediation is a process where the parties try to reach an agreement and come a settlement and can avoid a trial. Most courts order mediation prior to going to trial to try and give the parties control in their divorce or paternity matter rather than the Judge making the decisions.
Ms. Carroll became a certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a mediator in 2006 and mediates cases as well as attending with clients to ensure their interests are best served if a settlement is reached. With experience as an attorney and a mediator, you will be confident whether you decide to settle or make the decision to go to trial.
